Where we ship
We ship worldwide from CIS origin. A small number of destinations are excluded where import of research chemicals is restricted; if your country is affected, checkout will tell you before payment.
You are responsible for confirming that these materials may lawfully be imported into your country.

Tracking is issued by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Packaging and cold chain
- Vials are filled into amber glass and seated in moulded inserts to prevent movement in transit.
- Cold-chain orders travel with a gel pack sized to the transit window.
- Lyophilized powder is stable in transit at ambient temperature; refrigerate at 2–8 °C on arrival.
- Outer packaging is unbranded and carries no product description.
Customs and duties
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels are declared accurately as laboratory research materials. We cannot mis-declare contents or value.
Wholesale minimums
Wholesale orders require a minimum of 10 units per SKU and 80 units per order; a further discount applies from 500 units. See Wholesale & B2B.
Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and the contents before unpacking further, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. If tracking stops for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. See the refund policy.
