Find your certificate
What the certificate contains
- Batch number, matching the LOT field on the vial and carton.
- Product name, form and amount.
- Purity, determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
- Identity confirmation, determined by mass spectrometry (MS).
- Test date and the name of the independent laboratory.
- Retest date — the point at which the batch is re-analysed rather than assumed stable.
- A downloadable PDF of the full report.
Where to find the batch number
The batch number is printed on the vial label and on the carton side panel, in the LOT field, alongside the manufacturing (MFG) and expiry (EXP) dates. It has the form ARG-YYMM-NNNN.
If the LOT field is illegible or the certificate does not resolve, contact us with a photograph of the label and we will locate the batch record.
