1. Scope
These terms govern every purchase from argentresearch.com/. By placing an order you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not order.
2. Research Use Only
Products are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. Not for human or animal consumption. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You confirm at checkout that you are purchasing these materials for in vitro laboratory research purposes only, that you are of legal age, and that you are qualified to handle laboratory research materials. Orders cannot proceed without these confirmations.
3. Products and specifications
Products are supplied to the specifications published on the relevant product page and confirmed by the batch certificate of analysis: purity ≥ 98.5%, identity confirmed, storage 2–8 °C. Photographs are representative; batch numbers and printed details vary per production run.
4. Prices and payment
Catalogue prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated. Wholesale and distributor pricing is available only to approved accounts and must not be disclosed to third parties. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at checkout.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline any order, in particular where the declared use is inconsistent with laboratory research, where import into the destination country is restricted, or where payment or identity cannot be verified.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are your responsibility. We declare contents accurately and will not mis-declare goods or value.
7. Prohibited use and resale
You may not use, resell, repackage or market these products for human or animal consumption, or represent them as drugs, supplements, cosmetics or approved medicinal products. Resale is permitted only with the Research Use Only labelling and documentation intact.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any use of the products outside in vitro laboratory research, and you indemnify us against any claim arising from such use.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARGENT is established. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer where such rights apply.
