What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Products are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. Not for human or animal consumption. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not supply dosages, protocols or instructions for use in humans or animals. See the Research Use Only page.
What purity do you guarantee?
Every batch is released at ≥ 98.5% purity, determined by HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. Batches below threshold are not released.
Who tests the products?
An independent third-party laboratory — not our own. The certificate of analysis names the laboratory and the test date.
How do I get the certificate for my batch?
Enter the LOT number from your vial label into the COA / Batch lookup. The certificate is bound to that batch and downloadable as a PDF.
What is the difference between lyophilized, liquid and nasal spray?
They are different physical presentations of the same compound. Lyophilized powder carries a two-year shelf life; liquid research solutions and nasal sprays carry one year. Storage is 2–8 °C in all cases.
How should I store the products?
At 2–8 °C, protected from light, with the vial tightly closed. Do not use if the seal is broken.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, from CIS origin, with tracking. A small number of destinations are excluded where import of research chemicals is restricted. Import duties and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
How long does dispatch take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days; stock items dispatch within 2–5 business days. Bulk and private-label orders are quoted individually.
What are the wholesale minimums?
10 units per SKU and 80 units per order, with an additional discount from 500 units. Wholesale pricing appears once your B2B account is approved — apply on the Wholesale page.
Can I put my own brand on the packaging?
Yes. See Private label. Packaging must retain the Research Use Only statement.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe for recurring laboratory supply and save up to 10%, at intervals of 4, 8 or 12 weeks (2 weeks on approval). You can pause, cancel or change frequency at any time from your account.
Can I return an order?
Unopened, undamaged products with an intact seal can be returned within 14 days. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety and traceability reasons. See the refund policy.
