A two-week interval is available only after a separate approval, to keep supply consistent with declared research volumes.

- Update the shipping address or payment method.
- Download the COA for every batch you receive from your account dashboard.
Everything is managed from your account. Subscription renewal, payment failure and dispatch notifications are sent by email.
Wholesale and subscriptions
B2B accounts can combine subscriptions with wholesale pricing. Subscription orders count toward the 80-unit order minimum and the 500-unit bulk discount threshold in the same way as one-time orders.
